摘要 文中提出一种GPS有源天线射频电路的设计方法。该天线射频电路主要分为合路与放大单元,合路单元主要包括相移网络和信号合路,放大单元主要包括LNA、放大模块、电阻衰减器和滤波器。根据设计方案与指标,有源天线的射频电路总增益,计算结果为34.67 dB,仿真为32.4 dB,相差近2.27 dB,噪声系数理论计算为0.92 dB,仿真为1.15 dB,相差0.23 dB,都满足设计指标。而通道的带内波动和带外抑制主要取决于两级SAW滤波器的实际性能,根据器件分析,也满足设计指标。 This article proposes the RF circuit design method of GPS active antenna.The antenna RF circuit is mainly divided into the combination circuit and the amplification unit.The combination unit mainly includes the phase shift network and the signal combination circuit.The amplification unit mainly includes LNA,amplification module,resistance attenuator,filter and so on.According to the design scheme and index,the total RF gain of the active antenna is 34.67 dB,the simulation is 32.4 dB,the difference is nearly 2.27dB,the noise figure is calculated as 0.92 dB,the simulation is 1.15dB,and the difference is 0.23dB.Both satisfy the design index.The in-band fluctuation and out-of-band suppression of the channel mainly depend on the actual performance of the two-stage SAW filter.According to the device analysis,the design index is also satisfied.
