摘要
针对配电网中出现的配网运行状态无法实时监控和故障定位困难的需求,文中基于B/S架构,实现了配网运行的故障监测与定位信息系统。该系统基于软件工程的思想进行了详尽的需求分析,实现了配置管理、告警处理、系统监控、数据统计和系统管理五大功能模块,保证了功能的完备性;系统实现上采用时下流行的Spring、ibatis、DWR、ExtJS等技术架构,具有较强的兼容性与稳定性。此外,地理信息技术被应用到了故障监控和定位监测中。经实测,故障定位时间可以缩短50%。
In order to satisfy the monitoring and positioning demand for distribution network,a professional network monitoring and positioning system based on B/S is designed in this paper.Based on the idea of software engineering,the system carries out detailed requirement analysis,and realizes five functional modules:configuration management,alarm processing,system monitoring,data statistics and system management,ensuring the effective application service monitoring,threshold warning,etc The popular technology architecture is adopted in system implementation,and has strong compatibility and stability.In addition,Geographic information technology has been applied to fault monitoring and location monitoring.The actual measurement shows that the fault location time can be reduced by 50%.
