摘要
针对大体积现浇混凝土挡浪墙产生的温度裂缝问题,从混凝土水化热、外界温度和约束力等3方面分析了裂纹产生原因。从设计方面对挡浪墙进行合理的分段,对配合比进行优化,计算出产生裂缝时的温度差;从施工方面控制原材料的温度,对混凝土温度进行实时监测,将对穿螺丝孔套管改造为冷却水管。从而控制了大体积现浇混凝土的裂缝。
In view of the problem of temperature crack in large volume cast-in-situ concrete wave screen wall,the causes of crack are analyzed from three aspects of concrete hydration heat,external temperature and binding force.In terms of design,reasonable segmentation of wave retaining wall and optimization of mix proportion are carried out,and the temperature differences when the cracks occur are calculated.In terms of construct,the temperature of raw materials is controlled,the temperature of concrete is monitored in real time,and the screw hole sleeve is transformed into cooling pipe.Thus,the cracks of large-volume cast-in-place concrete are controlled.
