应用菌刺洗脱法高效分离猴头菇单孢

A simple and effective method of single spore isolation of Hericium erinaceus

单孢分离是食药用菌获得单核体菌株的重要手段之一,建立的菌刺洗脱法可对猴头菇进行简单高效的单孢分离。试验结果表明,这种方法直接将猴头菇菌刺上的担孢子洗下来,不需孢子收集器,操作简单、快速,能够有效降低污染率,缩短单孢分离的时间。

Single spore isolation is one of the important technology to obtain monokaryons.The present study established an easy method,spines-based elution,for single spore isolation of H.erinaceus.Not required special spore collector,the spores on the spines were directly washed down by sterile water.This is a feasible method for single spore isolation,with the advantage of easy operation,high efficiency,and low rate of infection as well as time-saving.
