基于文献计量的高校“双一流”学科评价指标体系构建研究

论文结合国家建设"双一流"大学的战略规划,以SCIE/SSCI及北大核心期刊发表论文为主要考量依据,从论文总数、引用效率、高水平论文、国际合作等四个方面进行评价,构建基于文献计量的"双一流"学科评价指标体系。

Combined with the national Double First-class university plan and based on the papers of SCIE,SSCI and Chinese core journal of PKU,this paper performs subject evaluation from four aspects,including total amount of papers,citation frequency,high level papers and international cooperation,in order to construct a evaluation system on double first-class subject.
