“一带一路”倡议下的汉语国际教育:现状、问题及对策

The International Education of Chinese Language under the “Belt and Road” Initiative: Status quo,Challenges and Strategies

"一带一路"倡议的提出赋予了汉语国际教育新的发展机遇和新的使命,但是目前国家推广汉语国际教育的行动才刚刚开始,尚处于摸索阶段。为了更好地推进汉语国际教育事业发展,根据我国汉语国际教育的发展现状与特点,新形势下汉语国际教育发展的具体对策应该是:汉语国际教育应该坚持"请进来"和"走出去"的发展方针;完善孔子学院的立法与制度建设;积极探索新的汉语教育模式;坚持在政府主导下,充分发挥非营利组织和企业在汉语国际教育中的作用。

The“Belt and Road”initiative provides a new development environment for the international education of Chinese language and endows it a new mission.To promote the development of Chinese international education,this paper analyzes the status quo of the international education of Chinese language and proposes constructive strategies for its better development under the new circumstance.It’s believed that the international education of Chinese language should adhere to the development policy of“inviting in”and“going out”,improve the legislation and system construction of Confucius Institute,actively explore new modes of Chinese language education,and value the roles of non-profit organizations and enterprises in Chinese language education under the guidance of the government.
