摘要
美国中小学教师培养的专业认证经历了认证的一体化转向,形成了以州政府教育部门、教师教育专业认证组织、各类专业协会联合共治的具有层次性、兼容性和开放性的认证体系。认证体系把提高教师教育机构的专业性、促进教师的专业发展作为其目标导向。美国中小学教师培养的专业认证主要有CAEP认证和NASM认证两种类型,它们都执行严格的认证标准和认证程序,对我国健全教师教育质量认证和保障体系具有现实的借鉴意义。
The professional accreditation of the teacher training for the teachers of primary and secondary schools in the United States has been transferred to a union system,which has integrated the educational department of state government,teacher education certification organizations and various professional associations into a systematic certification.The ultimate goals of professional accreditation of the teacher training for the teachers of primary and secondary schools in the United States are to improve the professionalism of teacher education institutions and promote the professional development of teachers.There are two types of professional accreditation:institutional certification and professional certification.Taking CAEP and NASM as the examples,this paper illustrates the two types of accreditation standards and procedures.The practical professional standards for teacher preparation institutions and professional accreditation in the United States give some enlightenment to constructing a native accreditation system of teacher training.
