摘要
由于我国现阶段对甘蔗种植机研究薄弱,关键技术有待提高。国内的甘蔗种植机排种装置需要辅助人工排种,劳动强度大,造成甘蔗种植机的自动化程度和生产效率低,导致甘蔗种植主要依靠人工种植,故研究高性能排种装置对提高甘蔗种植机自动化程度、降低劳动强度等方面具有重要影响。为此,通过分析国内外现有甘蔗种植机排种装置的工作原理、结构特点及优缺点,探讨了甘蔗种植机排种装置的未来发展趋势。最后,根据甘蔗单芽段种植技术的农艺要求,提出了振动式蔗种排种技术,为甘蔗种植机排种装置以及发展中的甘蔗单芽段种植技术研究提供参考。
The existing planting units of sugarcane planting machine needed artificial seeding due to the low automation and product efficiency,so the high-performance planting unit was important for improving the automation degree of sugarcane planting machine and reducing the labor intensity.The development trend of planting unit for sugarcane planting machine was discussed by analyzing the principles,structures,advantages and disadvantages of all sugarcane planting machine.Finally,the vibration seeding technology of sugarcane was put forward based on the agronomic requirement for the planting technology of single bud sugarcane.The foundation was laid for further research on the planting unit for sugarcane planting machine and planting technology of single bud sugarcane.
