企业环境责任公众满意度调研——以大庆市为例

Public Satisfaction Survey and Analysis of Corporate Environmental Responsibility:Taking Daqing City as an Example

现有文献针对企业环境责任方面的研究主要集中在规范性研究和企业环境信息披露研究,虽然涉及多个方面,但具有一定的局限性,由于公众是环境的最大利益相关者,因此应当考虑公众对企业承担环境责任满意程度的主观感受指标。在大庆市向公众随机发放500份企业环境责任调查问卷,运用因子分析和交叉表分析对企业环境责任履行状况的公众满意度进行实证分析。结果表明:土壤污染、空气污染、土壤污染处理质量和企业是否对生产过程中造成污染或损失进行赔偿四个因素对企业环境责任评价存在显著影响,需重点解决。

Study on corporate environmental responsibility of the current literature mainly focuses on the normative research and corporate environmantal infomation disclosure,although it referred to a variety of aspects,but had certain limitations.Because the public was the biggest stakeholders in the environment,it should consider the subjective indicators such as corporate environmental responsibility satisfaction.In Daqing,500questionnaires of corporate environmental responsibility were issued to the public randomly.The paper used factor analysis and contingency table analysis on corporate environmental responsibility.The results showed that soil pollution,air pollution,soil pollution treatment quality and other factors had significant impact on corporate environmental responsibility evaluation,which needed to be focused on.
