急救方案在交通事故致严重多发伤患者中的临床效果观察

Effect of first aid program in severe multiple trauma patients caused by traffic accident

目的探讨急救方案在交通事故致严重多发伤患者中的临床效果。方法对笔者医院2011年2月—2018年2月收治的206例交通事故致严重多发伤的患者进行研究,观察急救方案应用于救治中的效果。结果 206例患者中,男性127例,女性79例;受伤人群中年龄≤49岁的人数居多,共140例;≥50岁66例。受伤创口情况:开放伤69例,占33. 5%;闭合伤137例,占66. 5%。在损伤性质方面,钝性伤占92. 72%,穿透伤占7. 28%。患者损伤类型:擦伤占2. 43%,撕裂伤占17. 47%,挫伤占17. 47%,扭伤占0. 97%,挤压伤占1. 46%,关节损伤占0. 49%,骨折占30. 58%,内脏损伤占29. 13%。受伤部位:头部受伤比例最高,占54. 37%;体表、面部、下肢损伤所占比例也较大,均占总人数的30%以上。在临床治疗效果上,急救方案治疗的有效率达到了93. 69%。结论急救方案对交通事故致严重多发伤患者疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency program in patients with severe multiple trauma caused by traffic accident.Methods Totally206patients with severe multiple trauma caused by traffic accident in our hospital from Feb.2011to Feb.2018were selected.The results of emergency treatment were observed.Results Of the206patients who were injured,127were male and79were female.Most of the injured were under49years old(140cases).There were66cases over the age of50.According to the wound situation,there were69open injuries,accounting for33.5%,and137cases of closed wounds,accounting for66.5%.In terms of the nature of injury,blunt injury accounted for92.72%and penetrating injury accounted for7.28%.The injury types of the patients were analyzed,including abrasion(2.43%),tearing(17.47%),bruising(17.47%),sprain(0.97%),crush injury(1.46%),joint injury(0.49%),fracture(30.58%),and visceral injury(29.13%).According to the analysis of the injured sites,the proportion of head injuries was the highest,accounting for54.37%.The proportion of body surface,face and lower limb injury was also large,accounting for more than30%.In terms of clinical treatment effect,the effective rate of emergency program was93.69%.Conclusion The use of first-aid program is effective for the treatment of severe multiple trauma caused by traffic accidents and is worthy of clinical promotion.
