Progress in the treatment of periprosthetic fracture after total knee replacement

膝关节置换术是目前治疗退行性关节疼痛和功能障碍的有效方法。近年来,随着人口老龄化的发展,膝关节置换数量逐年增加。全膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折是一种较少见的并发症,但伤情复杂,要求骨科医生熟悉和精通关节及创伤修复技术。预期寿命的延长和老年患者术后功能需求的增加会导致假体周围骨折的发生率上升。本文就膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折作一综述。

Knee arthroplasty is an effective method for the treatment of degenerative joint pain and dysfunction.In recent years,with the development of population aging,the number of knee replacement is increasing year by year.Periprosthetic fracture after total knee arthroplasty is a rare complication,but the condition of the injury is complex,requiring orthopaedics doctors to be familiar with and proficient in joint and wound repair technology.Prolonged life expectancy and increased functional needs of elderly patients after surgery will lead to increased incidence of periprosthetic fractures.This article reviews the periprosthetic fractures after total knee arthroplasty.
