无NH_4NO_3培养基SK设计及其组培效果 被引量:2

摘要 无NH_4NO_3条件下,参考MS及ER大量元素离子浓度,设计SK大量元素组分, SK铁盐、微量元素及有机物同MS,得到SK基本培养基。以‘广林9号’巨尾桉、黑金刚橡胶榕、美酒白掌为试材,评价其组培效果。结果表明:SK适用于‘广林9号’巨尾桉增殖及所有参试物种生根培养; SK+翠筠(18-18-18)水溶肥0.5 g适用于黑金刚橡胶榕和美酒白掌增殖培养。 Consulting the ion concentration of macro elements in the MS and ER,the macro element constituents of the cultural medium SK without NH4NO3 were designed.The basal SK medium prepared was similar to the MS in molysite,microelements and organic matters.The prepared SK was used to culture the explants of Eucalyptus hybrid Guanglin 9(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla),Ficus elastic‘Decora Burgundy’and Spathiphyllum mojo to evaluate its effect on tissue culture.The results showed that the SK was suitable for the rooting of Eucalyptus hybrid Guanglin 9 and other materials.The SK+Cuiyun(18-18-18)water-soluble fertilizer was suitable for the proliferation of F.elastic‘Decora Burgundy’and S.mojo.
