不同手术方式治疗肩袖损伤的效果比较被引量：1

摘要目的比较不同手术方式治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果。方法将74例肩袖损伤患者按就诊顺序分为A、B两组,每组37例。A组接受小切口肩袖损伤修复术治疗,B组接受全关节镜肩袖修补术治疗。对比两组患者手术前后VAS和ASES评分,并记录两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果术后两组患者VAS评分均下降(P <0. 05),B组患者VAS评分低于A组(P <0. 05);术后两组患者ASES评分均上升(P <0. 05),B组患者ASES评分高于A组(P <0. 05);两组各有2例患者出现术后并发症,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论小切口肩袖修补术和全关节镜肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果相当,但行全关节镜肩袖修补术治疗的患者术后疼痛感较轻。
