A Survey on clinical nurses′rehabilitation nursing skills in a general hospital

目的了解综合医院临床护理人员康复护理技能掌握情况,为开展针对性康复护理技能培训提供参考。方法采用自行设计的临床护理人员康复护理技能掌握情况问卷对280名护理人员进行调查。结果临床护理人员康复护理技能得分为96.59±11.86,康复护理技能得分最高的2个维度是呼吸训练(4.11±0.52)和排泄训练(4.07±0.76),得分最低的2个维度是肌力训练(3.18±0.74)和体位摆放(3.43±0.67)。不同职称、工作年限的临床护理人员康复护理技能得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论综合医院护理人员康复护理技能掌握程度处于中等偏上水平,其受职称和工作年限的影响。护理管理者需对护士加强康复护理技能培训和实践,提升康复护理技能水平,以满足患者的康复需求。

Objective To investigate clinical nurses′rehabilitation nursing skills in a general hospital and to provide basis for future rehabilitation nursing training.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 280 clinical nurses regarding their rehabilitation nursing skills.Results The nurses scored 96.59±11.86 in rehabilitation nursing skills.The two dimensions with the highest scores were respiratory function training skills(4.11±0.52)and excretion function training skills(4.07±0.76),while the two dimensions with the lowest scores were muscle strength training skills(3.18±0.74)and position management(3.43±0.67).There were significant differences in rehabilitation skills scores among nurses with different professional titles or length of service(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion The rehabilitation skills of clinical nurses in general hospital are at medium level,and vary with nurses′professional titles or length of service.Nursing managers should strengthen rehabilitation skills training and practice in clinical situation,in an effort to improve clinical nurses′skills level and meet patients′needs of rehabilitation care.
