慢性疼痛患者自我超越现状及其影响因素调查

The level of self-transcendence and its influencing factors in patients with chronic pain

目的了解慢性疼痛患者自我超越现状及其影响因素,为采取针对性措施提高其自我超越水平提供参考。方法采取自我超越量表对150例门诊慢性疼痛患者进行问卷调查。结果慢性疼痛患者自我超越总分(40.19±12.07)分,仅27.33%患者有较好的自我超越水平。年龄、疼痛评分与患者自我超越呈负相关,学历高、在职的患者自我超越水平高于低学历、不在职患者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,年龄、疼痛评分及是否在职是慢性疼痛患者自我超越的重要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论慢性疼痛患者自我超越水平较低,应加强对年龄大、学历低、不在职、疼痛程度高患者的正确引导,以提高其自我超越水平。

Objective To understand the status of self-transcendence and its influencing factors in chronic pain patients,and to provide references for measures to enhance self-transcendence level of these patients.Methods The Self-Transcendence Scale(STS)was used to survey 150 patients visiting an outpatient clinic for chronic pain.Results Patients with chronic pain had a total self-transcendence score of(40.19±12.07)points,and only 27.33%of the patients had better self-transcendence levels.There was a ne-gative correlation between age or pain scores and self-transcendence.Highly educated,and working patients had higher self-transcendence scores than less educated,and non-working ones(P<0.05,P<0.01).The results of regression analysis showed that ages,pain scores,and in-service status were important influencing factors of self-transcendence in patients with chronic pain(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with chronic pain have lower levels of self-transcendence.Measures should be taken to enhance the levels of self-transcendence in older aged,less educated,non-working patients and those suffering from more severe pain.
