儿联体护士临床行为评价指标体系的构建

Construction of a clinical behavior evaluation index system for nurses working in member hospitals of a regional pediatric union

目的构建区域内各级儿科医疗单位联合体(儿联体)护士临床行为评价指标,为同质化医疗奠定基础。方法采用职业分析法初步确定儿联体临床护理行为评价指标,应用Delphi法进行两轮专家函询。结果第2轮函询的专家权威系数为0.81;专家积极系数为95%;专家的协调程度0.478(P=0.017),最终形成一级指标4项(护理评估、专业照护、合作转介、健康教育)、二级指标18项,三级指标82项。结论本研究制定的临床护理行为评价指标体系意见集中,可信度高,经信效度检验后可用于儿联体护士的临床行为评价。

Objective To construct a clinical behavior evaluation index system for nurses working in member hospitals of a regional pediatric union,and to provide basis for homogenized health care.Methods A pilot version of clinical behavior evaluation index system for nurses working in member hospitals of a regional pediatric union was developed by using the DACUM(Developing a Curriculum)method,and then subjected to two rounds of Delphi consultation.Results The authority coefficient of the 2nd round was 0.81,the expert response rate was 95%,and Kendall′s coefficient of concordance was 0.478(χ2=110.367,P=0.017).The final version clinical behavior evaluation index system includes 4 first level indexes(nursing assessment,professional care,collaboration and referrals,health education),18 second level indexes,82 third level indexes.Conclusion The clinical behavior evaluation index system for nurses working in member hospitals of a regional pediatric union,reaches consensus from experts and enjoys high credibility.It can serve as a tool to evaluate clinical behavior of nurses from pediatric unions if proven reliable and valid in reliability and validity test.
