移动互联网在脑出血患者康复管理中的应用与效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of Mobile Internet in Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨应用移动互联网技术对脑出血患者个案康复管理效果的影响。方法选择2015年12月至2017年12月我院收治的脑出血患者,对入组患者进行编码,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组患者采用传统个案管理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上应用移动互联网技术对脑出血患者进行个案管理的宣教。比较两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分、焦虑抑郁评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者ND、Feg-Mevyer及Barthel评分均优于对照组(p<0.05);HAMA及HAMD评分低于对照组(p<0.05);并发症人数少于对照组(p<0.01)。结论应用移动互联网技术对脑出血患者进行个案管理,能够提高患者神经功能恢复水平,缓解患者焦虑抑郁状况,减少并发症。

Objectives To explore the effect of mobile Internet technology on the effect of case rehabilitation management for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given a traditional case management model,and patients in the trial group applied mobile Internet technology to case management of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.The neurological score,anxiety score and post-intervention complication of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the ND,Feg-Mevyer and Barthel scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(p<0.05);HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05)The number of complications was lower than that of the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion The intervention of case management in"mobile Internet technology"can improve neurological function,relieve anxiety and reduce complications in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
