This paper analyzes the background of the transformation of local undergraduate universities,the changes of readers'demand for literature resources and their causes and makes an investigation of the current collection sit-uation of many local undergraduate university libraries.This paper expounds the gap existing in the construction of literature resources after transformation and the necessity and urgency of urgently improving it,and puts forward the basic ideas and countermeasures for the construction of literature resources in local undergraduate universities after transformation.
