近一年来,国际形势发生不小的变化,中国面临多方面的挑战。中国应当积极应对这种变化和挑战。要正确认识、妥善处理中美经贸摩擦,坚定维护国家尊严和核心利益,深化改革开放,优化发展战略。要防止和平发展大势逆转,警惕霸权主义和强权政治挑衅,防止冷战思维蔓延,进一步改进国际互利合作。要努力推动世界格局向多极化方向发展,警惕美国单边主义膨胀,坚持世界多极化和国际关系民主化,坚持结伴不结盟。

In the recent year,there have been significant changes in international conditions that raise challenges in multiple dimensions against China.China should actively respond to this type of changes and challenges.Trade frictions with the United States should be correctly understood and neatly handled to firmly uphold national sanctity and core interests,deepen reform and opening up,and optimize development strategy.We should prevent the trends of peace and development from reversion,guard against the provocations from hegemonism and power politics,prevent the spread of cold war mentality,and further promote mutually beneficial international cooperation.We should strive to push the world structure toward multi-polarization,get alert to the vaulting unilateralism of the United States,insist in global multi-polarization and the democratization of international relations,and insist in partnership instead of alliance.
