摘要
为研究盐地碱蓬的内生菌,采集河北省唐山市曹妃甸地区的盐地碱蓬进行内生菌的分离、纯化,并观察其菌落形态、检测产功能酶的菌株。最终从盐地碱蓬的根、茎、叶共分离得到内生菌16株,其中内生细菌10株、内生真菌6株;筛选出产淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶的内生细菌和真菌分别为5株和4株、3株和1株、3株和3株、2株和2株。
To study the kinds of entophyte of Suaeda salsa,entophyte was isolated from the plants where they were collected from Caofeidian beach Tangshan City Hebei Province.Their morphological features were observed,and producing enzymes were tested.As a result,16 strains of entophyte were isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of the plant,including 10 strains of entophytic bacteria and 6 strains of entophytic fungi.The important enzymes from these entophyte are screened subsequently.The results show that 5 strains of entophytic bacteria and 4 strains of entophytic fungi produced amylase,3 strains of entophytic bacteria and 1 strain of entophytic fungi produced cellulose,3 strains of entophytic bacteria and 3 strains of entophytic fungi produced lipase,2 strains of entophytic bacteria and 2 strains of entophytic fungi produced protease.The experiment provides a reliable theoretical basis in entophytic diversity and producing enzymes.
