高职院校课外体育活动开展困局及对策研究

Predicaments and Countermeasures of Extracurricular Sports Activities in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校课外体育活动的开展存在困局,突出表现在人才培养体系中的基础性地位未确立、活动工作机制不健全、活动的时间、地点、经费无保障、体育师资不足等方面。要解决这些问题,学校体育工作的领导者应提升对体育工作意义和价值的认识,切实做好包括体育机构的设立、体育工作机制的健全及体育工作保障机制建构等内容的顶层设计;体育工作执行者应全力抓好体育课教学改革、体育文化氛围营造、课外体育活动模式创新、课外体育活动指导与考评等环节,将提升学生身体素质整体水平落到实处。

There is a predicament in carrying out extracurricular sports activities due to its poor position in talent cultivation system,improper working mechanism and lack of time,places,funds and teachers.In order to solve these problems,the school leaders should fully realize the significance and value of physical education.The top-level design is necessary to chart its working and assurance mechanism.The PE teachers should focus on the teaching reform,construction of cultural atmosphere,innovation in extracurricular activity model and relevant instruction and evaluation.
