俄罗斯远东地区中国人现状初探

A Preliminary Study on the Present Situations of the Chinese in the Russian Far East

1987—2017年的三十年间,中俄边境地区的人员往来与经贸交流日益频繁,大批中国人涌入俄罗斯远东地区求学、务工、经商,形成远东历史上又一次华人移民高潮。中国人在俄罗斯远东地区的人口数量、生存状况、业态发展等存在很多问题,尤其是在社会融入上还面临很多困境;但以血缘、亲缘或业缘为主,已形成较大的华侨华人移民网络,在与俄罗斯人交融过程中初步形成相互依赖的消费共同体和利益共同体,一些微型华人社区正悄然形成,他们为俄罗斯远东开发、为中俄经济文化交流与合作做出了贡献。我国政府应加强赴俄务工人员法律知识培训,规范办理赴俄务工签证,对旅俄华侨身份进行科学合理认证,对中国人社团组织给予支持和帮助。

During the30years from1987to2017,people in the Sino-Russian border areas exchanged more and more frequently with each other in economy and trade.A large number of Chinese people poured into the Russian Far East to study,work and do business,thus forming another climax of Chinese immigration in the history of the Far East.There are many problems among them,such as living conditions and business development of the Chinese people in the Russian Far East,especially in social integration.However,a large network of overseas Chinese immigrants has been formed mainly by consanguinity,kinship or business affinity,and interdependence has initially formed in the process of communicating with the Russians.Consumer communities and interest communities,some micro-communities are quietly taking shape.They have contributed to the progress of the Russian Far East,and economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia.Our government should strengthen the training of legal knowledge of migrant workers in Russia,standardize the processing of visas for migrant workers in Russia,scientifically and reasonably authenticate the status of overseas Chinese in Russia,and give support and help to Chinese associations.
