摘要
刺五加为重要的药食同源药材,该文介绍了刺五加的特征特性、来源、分布及其所含的元素成分,归纳出目前利用刺五加生产出的保健食品和食用方法,并简要介绍人工栽培方法,为其合理开发利用提供借鉴。
Acanthopanax senticosus was an important plant with homology of medicine and food.This study introduced the characteristic,origin,distribution and element composition of Acanthopanax,and summarized health food produced by Acanthopanax and edible methods.At the end it briefly introduced the method of artificial cultivation.The aim was to provide reference for its reasonable development and utilization.
