摘要 平阴县东三里水库工程重点是采用复合土工膜对库区做防渗处理,优化及提高土工膜一次性焊接焊缝合格率是保证防渗工程进度和质量的关键。本文针对提高土工膜一次性焊接焊缝合格率这一问题,经现状调查,焊缝弱焊和焊缝过焊是影响合格率的原因。针对未严格执行质量管理奖惩制度、焊膜前未全部进行试焊和焊机未进行检测及维护3个主要原因制定相应对策并实施。经检验,合格率达到97. 6%,超过了预期目标,且社会效益、经济效益良好,可供类似工程借鉴。 The key point of Dongsanli reservoir project in Pingyin County lies in composite geotechnical film for seepage prevention in the reservoir area.Weak welding in weld and excessive welding in weld are reasons affecting the qualification rate through present situation investigation in the paper aiming at improvement of qualification rate of one-time welding seam of PE geomembrane.Corresponding countermeasures are formulated and implemented aiming at three main reasons such as the reward and punishment system of quality management is not implemented strictly,test welding is not completely implemented in front of welding film,and welder is not tested and maintained.The qualification rate is up to97.6%according to test,which is higher than the expected goals.The social and economic benefits are good,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
