火焰原子吸收分光光度计测铜的线性误差及检出限测量结果的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 文章对SP-3803AA型原子吸收分光光度计的火焰原子化法的线性误差和铜检出限计量性能进行检定,并考虑了测量不确定度的主要来源,分析了各种输入量的影响,在规定的测量条件下计算给出测量不确定度,结果表明SP-3803AA型火焰原子化法检定线性误差为5.0%,铜检出限为0.0030μg/m L,符合JJG694-2009《原子吸收分光光度计检定规程》。 In this paper,the uncertainty of the linear error and the detection limit in Copper detection using flame atomization by SP-3803AA atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS)with graphite furnace were evaluated.The main sources of uncertainty in measurement were considered,the influence of various input amount were analyzed,under the condition of the specified measurement,the uncertainty of measurement was calculated.The results showed that the calibration linear error was5.0%,the detection limit of Copper was0.0030mg/mL,which is accord with atomic absorption spectrophotometer verification regulation(JJG694-2009).
