针灸治疗脱肛的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture Treatment of Anal Prolapse

脱肛主要指直肠黏膜或直肠全层脱垂,少数可发生部分乙状结肠脱垂,西医又称直肠脱垂。针灸对肛肠病的治疗有独特的疗效,尤其对于脱肛的疗效较好,痛苦小,安全性高,故应用较为广泛。文章总结了近年来针灸治疗脱肛的文献报道,从发病因素和治疗现状进行阐述,总结出针灸治疗该病的优势,并为临床推广提供一定的借鉴。

Anal prolapse mainly refers to rectal mucosa or rectal full-thickness prolapse,a few can occur partial sigmoid colon prolapse,which is called rectal prolapse in western medicine.Acupuncture for anorectal diseases has unique curative effect,especially for anal prolapse shows a good curative effect with small pain and high safety,so it was used more widely.In this paper,the literatures about acupuncture for rectal prolapse in recent years are summarized and the pathogenesis and treatment status of rectal prolapse are expounded,the advantages of acupuncture for treating this disease are summarized,which can provides some references for the clinical promotion of acupuncture in the treatment of rectal prolapse.
