浅析微信群在心内科教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨在传统课堂授课教学基础上引入微信群辅助教学对五年制医学本科生心血管疾病授课的效果。方法:将广西医科大学第二临床医学院2014级临床医学专业本科三年级学生100人,按照自愿和随机原则分为对照组(50人)和实验组(50人)。对照组采用传统课堂授课教学法,实验组采用传统课堂授课+微信群教学法。期末分别对两组学生进行理论考试和问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组学生及格率和优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。80%的学生认为新教学方法对于提高学习兴趣和学习效果有帮助,并且70%以上的学生认为新教学方式可以改善师生以及同学之间的关系。结论:在传统课堂授课教学基础上引入微信群辅助教学方法提高了医学本科生教学效果,值得进一步研究。 Objective:To explore the effect of introducing WeChat group to the teaching of cardiovascular diseases for5-year medical undergraduates on the basis of traditional classroom teaching.Methods:According to the voluntary and random principle,According to the principle of voluntariness and randomness,100third-year students of clinical medicine major in2014from the Second Clinical Medical College of Guangxi Medical University were divided into control group(50peoples)and experimental group(50peoples).The control group adopted the traditional classroom teaching method,while the experimental group adopted the traditional classroom teaching+WeChat group teaching method.At the end of the semester,two groups of students were tested theoretically and surveyed by the questionnaire,and the statistical analysis of them was carried out.Results:The passing rate and excellent rate of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).80%of the students think that the new teaching method is helpful to improve learning interest and learning effect,and more than70%of the students think that the new teaching method can improve the relationship between teachers,students and classmates.Conclusion:The introduction of WeChat group assisted teaching method on the basis of traditional classroom teaching improves the teaching effect of medical undergraduates,which is worthy of further research.
