经济新常态背景下广西农村土地流转的金融支持体系研究

Research on Financial Support System of Rural Land Circulation in Guangxi under the Background of New Economic Normalcy

土地确权掀起了我国大规模的农村土地流转、农业生产适度规模经营的浪潮。金融支持力度的大小对农村土地流转起着关键作用。文章从经济新常态背景出发,根据农村土地流转的内涵,分析了广西农村土地流转金融支持存在的问题,从组织构成、产品构成、保障体系三方面探讨了经济新常态背景下广西农村土地流转的金融支持体系。

Confirmation of land right in rural areas causes large-scale rural land circulation and moderate scale operation of agricultural production in China.The size of financial support plays a key role in the circulation of rural land.Based on the background of new economic nermalcy and the connotation of rural land circulation,this paper analyzes financial support problems and discusses the financial support system of rural land circulation in Guangxi from three aspects of organizational structure,product composition and guarantee system.
