摘要
针对网络波动影响视频流传输的问题,提出一种随网络变化自适应调整视频码率的控制策略。在不影响网络传输的前提下,测量前一刻的可用带宽,通过构建带宽预测模型预测下一个时刻的可用带宽,结合"实际帧率"作为补偿因子对视频码率进行调整,生成合适网络传输的视频流。与传统方法进行对比,实验结果表明,该传输策略切换时间减少了39.8%,带宽的利用率提高了22.7%,使视频码率随网络带宽的波动进行快速准确地调整,有效地提升了视频传输性能。
To solve the influence of network fluctuation on video stream transmission,a control strategy for adaptively adjusting video bit rate varied with network was proposed.Without affecting the network transmission,the available bandwidth of the previous moment was measured and the available bandwidth at the next moment was predicted by constructing prediction model.The actual frame rate was calculated as a compensation factor to adjust the video bit rate to generate the appropriate video streams of network transmission.Compared with the traditional method,experimental results show that the transmission strategy switch time is reduced by39.8%,and the bandwidth utilization ratio is increased by22.7%.The video bit rate is adjusted quickly and accurately with the fluctuation of network bandwidth to effectively improve the video transmission performance.
