个性化体位接产在初产妇自然分娩中的应用研究

Application Study on Personalized Position Delivery in Natural Labor of Primipara

目的探讨个性化体位接产管理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至12月入住我院分娩的初产妇130例随机分为两组,每组各65例。采用传统体位接产的设为对照组,采用个性化体位接产的设为试验组,比较两组产妇分娩疼痛程度及分娩体验满意度的差异。结果两组产妇年龄、文化程度、孕周、身高、体重等比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);试验组产妇VAS、PPI、PRI总分、PRI情感项、PRI感觉项得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);试验组自身能力、专业支持、安全感知、参与性及分娩体验总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);试验组产程短于对照组,Apgar评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05),两组产妇新生儿体重比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论个性化体位接产管理可有效减轻分娩疼痛,提高分娩体验满意度,在初产妇自然分娩中具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of the application personalized position delivery in natural labor of primipara.Methods We collected130primiparas who delivered in our hospital from January to December2016,and divided them into two groups randomly,with65primiparas in each group.The primiparas in the control group delivered in traditional position;the primiparas in the experimental group delivered in personalized position.We compared the differences in delivery pain and the satisfaction of delivery between two groups.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in age,degree of education,gestational weeks,height and weight(p>0.05).The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Present Pain Intensity(PPI),and total score of Present Rating Index(PRI),PRI-emotional,PRI-sensory were significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group(p<0.05).Self-ability,professional support,security awareness,participation degree,and the total score of delivery experience were significantly improved in the experimental group than that of the control group(p<0.05).The laboring process was significantly shorter and the Apgar's score of newborns was also higher in the experimental group than that of the control group.The difference of newborn weight between two groups was not significant(p>0.05).Conclusion Personalized position labor can reduce delivery pain,improve the satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
