Practice and Experience of Establishing Nursing Quality and Safety Management Committee in Hospital

介绍医院由多部门组成护理质量与安全管理委员会的实践与体会,为其他护理管理者提供参考。通过回顾性分析医院由多部门组成护理质量与安全管理委员会后护士与患者的满意度并进行对比分析,作者认为,多部门参与护理质量与安全管理组织,增进各部门对护理工作的了解与理解,提升医院各部门关联问题的解决效率;临床一线护理人员加入护理管理组织,提升了护士满意度和临床护理质量。

This paper introduces the practice and experience of multi-department nursing quality and safety management committee and provides reference for other nursing managers.We retrospectively analyzed the satisfaction of nurses and patients before and after the establishment of the multi-departmental nursing quality and safety management committee.The author believes that multi-departmental participation in nursing quality and safety management organization,can improve the understanding of nursing work in various departments,improve the efficiency of problem-solving in related hospital departments.The participation of clinical nursing staff in the nursing management organization can improve nurse satisfaction and clinical nursing quality.
