农村宫颈癌患者社会支持现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Status and Influencing Factors of Social Support for Cervical Cancer Patients in Rural Area

目的调查农村宫颈癌患者社会支持现状,分析其影响因素,为制定护理措施提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、社会支持评定量表对200例农村宫颈癌患者进行调查。结果患者的社会支持及3个维度得分均比国内常模低。年龄、学历、人均月收入等因素对患者社会支持的影响有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论农村宫颈癌患者的社会支持现状不容乐观,护理人员应加强对农村宫颈癌患者社会支持水平的关注,尤其关注青年、低学历、低收入的农村宫颈癌患者,以提高其社会支持水平,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the status of social support for cervical cancer patients in rural area,to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide evidence for the development of nursing measures.Method A total of200rural cervical cancer patients were investigated using the general information questionnaire and the Social Support Rating Scale.Results The total score of social support and scores of the three dimensions were all lower than the domestic norm.Factors including age,educational level,and monthly income per capita had statistically significant impact on patients'social support(p<0.05).Conclusion The status of social support for patients with cervical cancer in rural areas is not optimistic.Nursing staff should pay more attention to the social support of rural cervical cancer patients,especially those young,with low educational level and low income,to improve their social support and quality of life.
