清朝四库馆臣为《通典》撰写的内容解题《四库全书总目提要·通典》(以下简称《提要》),其内容详略有序,评析中肯恰当,是后世学者研读《通典》的思想内容、考察政书学术源流的重要参考目录书。本文主要从《通典》的写作体例视角,对《提要》介绍和评析《通典》的情况进行了研究。借此,可以从清朝四库馆臣的角度了解《通典》一书的主要内容和写作特色。此外,对照《提要》中的评析和《通典》原文的记述出入,对《提要》中的观点进行历史性的分析和稽考,亦可厘清由于时代因素造成的体例认识差异,校正客观存在的内容讹误。

Summary of General Catalogue of Imperial Collection of Four·Tong Dian(short for Summary)is the abstract for the book named Tong Dian,written by Qing secretaries of Imperial Collection of Four.The article is an important reference material to study the ideological content of Tong Dian and observe academic origin of political regulations for the descendants scholars because of it's detailed and orderly contents and appropriate comments.From the perspective of writing style of Tong Dian,this paper mainly introduces and evaluates the regulations of Tong Dian.Then we can know the main contents and writing features of Tong Dian from the perspective of Qing secretaries.Besides,we will compare Summary and Tong Dian to show the difference in contents and verify the viewpoints of Summary in historical perspective.Then it's easy to clarify cognitive differences in style and correct the objective error of the contents.
