大数据时代背景下对突发公共事件网络舆情的思考

On the Network Public Opinion of Public Emergencies in the Era of Big Data

近年来,随着突发公共事件数量急剧上涨,社会大众对突发公共事件的关注热情持续高涨。大数据时代的到来,为我们应对突发公共事件网络舆情带来了新的视角和新的方法、手段。笔者旨在说明应对突发公共事件网络舆情时,运用大数据技术的可行性和必要性,解析在网络舆情蔓延的三个环节中大数据技术具体发挥的作用,分析技术运行过程中可能存在的问题,并对该技术在此方面的发展前景进行一个合理的展望。

In recent years,with the rapid rise in the number of public emergencies,the public's enthusiasm for public emergencies continues to rise.The arrival of the era of big data has brought us new perspectives、new methods and new means to deal with online public opinion of public emergencies.The author aims to show that the necessity and feasibility of using big data technology when response to online public opinion of public emergencies,explaining big data technology specifically plays a role during three aspects of spreading in online public opinion of public emergencies,analyzing possible problems in the operation process of technology,and expecting this technology's future.
