中重度地中海贫血患儿的家庭功能分析

Study on Family Functioning of Children With Moderate to Severe Mediterranean Anemia

目的探讨中重度地中海贫血患儿的家庭功能。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)进行分析。结果中重度地中海贫血患儿的FAD平均为(2.58±0.26)分,其中,患儿不同病程、医保方式及父母年龄、工作状况、文化程度的FAD得分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);输血次数多组和输血次数少组在问题解决、沟通、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能方面的比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且输血次数与FAD得分呈负相关。问题解决、沟通、总的功能、FAD均分可以解释FAD的93%变异。结论中重度地中海贫血患儿的家庭功能减弱,临床医师应重视改善患儿的家庭功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of family function in children with moderate to severe thalassemia.Methods General data questionnaire and family function assessment scale(FAD)were used for analysis.Results The average FAD of children with moderate to severe thalassemia was(2.58±0.26)points.Among them,the differences of FAD scores in different course of disease,medical insurance,parental age,working status and education level were significantly difference(P<0.05).There were significantly differences in the number of blood transfusions and the number of blood transfusions in terms of problem solving,communication,emotional response,emotional intervention,behavioral control,and overall function(P<0.05),and the number of blood transfusions was negatively correlated with FAD scores.Problem solving,communication,total function,FAD equalization can explain 93%variation of FAD.93%variation of FAD can be explained the problem solving,communication,total function and FAD equalization.Conclusion The family function of children with moderate to severe mediterranean anemia is weakened,so clinicians should pay attention to improving the family function of children with mediterranean anemia.
