神经内科微创介入血肿清除术治疗脑部血肿的研究

Minimally Invasive Interventional Hematoma Removal in the Treatment of Cerebral Hematoma in Neurology Department

目的分析研究在神经内科中借助微创介入血肿清除术治疗脑部血肿的临床效果。方法选取于我院就诊的80例脑部血肿患者作为研究对象,根据患者及家属选择将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,观察组使用微创介入血肿清除术进行治疗,对照组采用药物保守治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组的80%。结论在治疗脑部血肿患者时,采用微创介入血肿清除术可以有效的清除患者脑部血肿,而且创伤小,安全有效。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of minimally invasive interventional hematoma removal in the department of neurology for the treatment of cerebral hematoma.Methods 80 cases of cerebral hematoma in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the choice of patients and their families,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive hematoma clearance,and the control group was treated with drug conservative treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 80%.Conclusion In the treatment of cerebral hematoma,minimally invasive interventional hematoma removal can effectively remove the cerebral hematoma,and it is safe and effective.
