平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的疗效

Treatment of Inguinal Hernia With Patch Tension-free Hernia Repair

目的探讨疝环充填术和平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果。方法选取于2017年7月—2018年6月福建省福州市晋安区医院收治的70例腹股沟疝气患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(疝环充填术)与观察组(无张力疝修补术)各35例。对两组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、治疗费用、并发症发生率和复发率进行对比。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、治疗费用均明显优于对照组,且观察组的异物感发生率、复发率明显低于对照组,均差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气患者的效果优于疝环充填术,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hernia ring filling and patch tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods 70 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Jin’an District Hospital of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(sputum ring filling)and the observation group(patch tension-free hernia repair),35 cases in each group.The operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,treatment cost,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and treatment cost of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of foreign body sensation and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of patch tension-free hernia repair on inguinal hernia patients is better than that of hernia ring filling.
