预防性回肠造口在低位直肠癌中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Prophylactic Ileostomy in Low Rectal Cancer

目的探讨预防性回肠造口应用于低位直肠癌治疗中的效果。方法选取2015年9月—2018年3月我院及南通大学附属医院收治的低位直肠癌患者30例,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规肠道处理,研究组在对照组治疗方式的基础上采用预防性回肠造口进行治疗。研究对比两组患者治疗3个月后的肛门恢复情况。结果治疗后两组患者肛门功能均得到一定程度改善,研究组肛门改善程度显著优于对照组(χ2=4.33,P=0.037 5)。结论在对低位直肠癌患者进行治疗的过程中,预防性回肠造口治疗效果显著,能有效促进患者肛门功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of prophylactic ileum ostomy in the treatment of low rectal cancer.Methods 30 patients with low rectal cancer admitted to our hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from September 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine intestinal treatment,and the study group was treated with prophylactic ileum on the basis of the treatment method in the control group.The results of anus recovery after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the anus function of the two groups was improved to some extent.The anal improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^2=4.33,P=0.037 5).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with low rectal cancer,the preventive ileostomy has a significant effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of anal function,improve the quality of life of patients,effectively reduce the possibility of anastomotic leakage,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
