超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肝囊肿的效果分析

Effect of Ultrasound-guided Puncture Intervention in the Treatment of Hepatic Cyst

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肝囊肿的效果和不良反应发生情况,为肝囊肿患者的治疗提供依据。方法本研究选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的60例肝囊肿患者作为研究对象,采用超声引导下穿刺介入治疗;对治疗效果、不良反应进行观察。结果所有患者均一次穿刺成功,治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60,显效:37例,有效:21例,无效:2例);不良反应发生率为5.00%(3/60,腹痛1例,心跳加快1例,恶心呕吐1例)。结论超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肝囊肿疗效好,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To discuss the effect of ultrasound-guided puncture intervention on hepatic cyst to provide basis of treatment. Methods 60 patients with hepatic cyst in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected to treat with ultrasound-guided puncture intervention. The effect and adverse reaction were observed.Results All the patients were punctured successfully once. The total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60, markedly effective: 37 cases, effective: 21 cases, invalid: 2 cases). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5%(3/60, abdominal pain in 1 case, heart rate in 1 case, nausea and vomiting in 1 case). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous interventional therapy for hepatic cyst has good curative effect and low incidence of adverse reactions which is worth promoting the application.
