微信延续护理在乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后的应用

Application of WeChat Continuation Nursing in Postoperative Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的探讨微信延续护理在改善乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后心理压力与生活质量中的应用效果。方法择取2016年7月—2017年6月于我院接受改良根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者60例纳为研究样本,按随机数字表法施以等量平分,分为电话延续护理组与微信延续护理组,各30例,电话延续护理组以电话为延续护理媒介开展护理活动,微信延续护理组以微信为媒介开展延续护理活动,对两组干预后的心理压力值与生活质量评分加以比较分析。结果微信延续护理组的术后心理压力分值较电话延续护理组低,生活质量评分值较电话延续护理组高(P <0.05)。结论将微信延续护理应用于乳腺癌改良根治术受术者中,可显著降低该类受术者术后心理压力,提高生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat continuous nursing in improving the postoperative psychological pressure and quality of life.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients receiving modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study samples,and were divided into equal amount by random number table method,and telephone continuation nursing group and WeChat continuation nursing group,30 cases in each group.The telephone continuation group took telephone as a continuation of nursing medium to carry out nursing activities.WeChat continuation nursing group to carry out continuous nursing activities with WeChat as the medium.The psychological stress and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of postoperative psychological stress in WeChat continuation nursing group were lower than those in telephone continuation care group.The score of quality of life was higher than that of telephone continuation nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat type continuation nursing to the modified radical mastectomy can significantly reduce the level of psychological pressure and improve the quality of life.
