细化护理细节在小儿支气管镜术中的应用效果

Application of Detailed Nursing Details in Ensuring the Safety of Pediatric Bronchoscopy

目的观察分析细化护理细节应用到小儿支气管镜术中,对其安全性的影响。方法研究对象选择在2017年1月—2018年7月到我院完成治疗的110例小儿支气管患儿,均行纤维支气管镜术进行治疗,依据随机数字表法分配法则进行分组,对照组(n=55)、观察组(n=55)。予以对照组常规护理干预,予以观察组细化护理细节干预,对两组患儿进镜成功率、并发症发生情况进行评价以及比较。结果通过不同护理方式干预后,同对照组相比,观察组进镜成功率明显较高(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生概率明显更低(P <0.05)。结论对于行支气管镜术治疗的患儿,行细化护理细节能够提高进镜成功率,降低并发症发生概率,具有较高的安全性,促进康复。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of detailed nursing on the safety of bronchoscopy in children.Methods 110 children with bronchial diseases who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given detailed nursing intervention.The success rate of endoscopy,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results After different nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the success rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For children undergoing bronchoscopy,detailed nursing care can improve the success rate of endoscopy,reduce the probability of complications,with high safety,promote rehabilitation,should continue to promote in clinical practice.
