综合护理对消化性溃疡患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Quality of Life in Patients With Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨综合护理干预对消化性溃疡患者生活质量的意义。方法随机将我院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的80例消化性溃疡患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行综合护理干预。比较两组疗效。结果观察组心理状态评分以生活质量评分等均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合护理应用于消化性溃疡患者效果理想。

Objective To explore the significance of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The psychological status scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective in patients with peptic ulcer.
