持续质量改进在喉癌患者术后护理中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Continuous Quality Improvement in Postoperative Care of Patients With Laryngeal Cancer

目的评价将持续质量改进应用于喉癌患者术后护理中的临床效果。方法以2016年1—10月收治的51例喉癌手术患者为对照组,给予常规术后护理;以2017年1—10月收治的55例喉癌手术患者为研究组,给予持续质量改进护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组相关不良事件的总发生率低于对照组,研究组患者对护理的评价更高,在知识、技能及态度等方面的评分均高于对照组,护理质量更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将持续质量改进应用于喉癌手术患者术后护理中,能有效降低患者相关不良事件发生率,提升护理质量,是理想的管理方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of continuous quality improvement in postoperative care of patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods Fifty-one patients with laryngeal cancer who were admitted from January and October 2016 as a control group were given routine postoperative care.Fifty-five cases of laryngeal cancer patients treated from January and October 2017 were included in the study group,continuous quality improvement nursing was given,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of related adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The patients in the study group had higher evaluation of nursing and scores in knowledge,skills,and attitudes were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the quality of care was higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in the postoperative care of patients with laryngeal cancer surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of care.It is an ideal quality management method.
