摘要
自主知识产权是推动高技术产业发展的根本动力,合理评价知识产权创新效率对于优化产业格局、提升区域创新能力至关重要。基于2007——2016年的行业面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法研究江苏高技术产业的创新效率,结果显示:江苏各高技术行业间的知识产权资源配置效率差距显著;技术水平为制约部分行业创新效率的主要因素;江苏高技术产业整体规模效率不高,为非DEA有效。
Intellectual property rights are the fundamental driving force for the development of high-tech industries.It’s critical for optimization of industry pattern and improvement of regional innovation ability to evaluate the innovation efficiency of intellectual property rationally.Based on the industry's panel data from 2007 to 2016,the paper analyzes the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in Jiangsu province by DEA-Malmquist index method.The results show that there is a significant difference in the allocation efficiency of intellectual property resources among various high-tech industries in Jiangsu province;the technical level is the main factor restricting the innovation efficiency of some industries;the overall scale efficiency of high-tech industries in Jiangsu province is not high,which is non-DEA effective.
