摘要
本文以永定桥水利工程为例,现场模拟混凝土拌制和碾压施工工艺,通过检测、分析混凝土力学性能及压实度等数据,检测原材料质量、验证配合比,确定最优施工工艺参数。确保大坝碾压混凝土施工质量,加快施工进度、节约工程投资,可为同类碾压混凝土施工提供借鉴。
Yongding bridge water conservancy project is adopted as an example in the paper.Construction process of concrete mixing and roller compaction are simulated on site.Raw material quality is tested,the mixing ratio is verified,and the optimal construction process parameters are determined through testing and analyzing concrete mechanical properties and compaction degree,etc,thereby ensuring the quality ofdamRCC construction,speeding up construction schedule,saving project investment,and providing reference for similar RCC construction.
