Treating Insomina from Heart

从心与不寐的关系、病因病机、辨证论治等方面归纳整理了中医从心治疗不寐的临床经验,为不寐的中医临床治疗做了较全面、系统的总结,认为中医从心治疗不寐具有疗效相对稳定、副作用较小等优势。同时指出目前尚存在的临床分型、诊断标准、疗效评定标准差异较大等问题,导致中医治疗不寐临床疗效虽高,但可重复性、可推广性不高,良好的疗效较难被后人继承。

This articel concluded the clinical experience of TCM treating insomnia in terms of the relationship between Heart and insomnia,the etiology and pathogenesis,and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.It has made a comprehensive and systematic conclusion about the treatment of insomnia by TCM,it regards TCM has the advantages in the more stability and less side effect when treating insomnia.It also pointed out that there were significant difference in the classification,diagnostic criteria,and evaluation of therapeutic effects,which leaded to the low repeatability and promotion,and the good efficacy being harder to inherit.
