摘要
本文对近年来有关野生酸枣种仁、果肉、根叶化学成分含量测定方面的文献进行了对比归纳,发现酸枣种仁受到人们的重视,而酸枣果肉、根叶被冷落;同一个化学成分,不同的研究人员测定出的结果差异很大,主要原因在于提取技术和产地不同。因此应对酸枣果肉、根叶进行深入研究;应优化提取工艺,注意环境因素、采摘时间对野生酸枣质量的影响。本文旨在为野生酸枣的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供参考。
This study mainly focused on the comparison and summarization of the existing research results of the chemical composition of seed,fruit,leaves and root of wild jujube.It is found that the seed of wild jujube had been more studied by people,but the fruit,leaves and root of wild jujube were neglected.Different researchers may have different results on the same chemical composition due to different extraction technology and different regions.Therefore,further researches on fruit,leaves and root of wild jujube should be carried out.The extraction techniques should be optimized,environmental factors and the effect of picking time on the quality of wild jujube should be paid more attention to.This study aims to provide references for further research and comprehensive development of wild jujube.
