立体定向放射外科治疗(SRS)是一种高度精确的局部治疗。目前SRS已成为脑转移瘤的一线治疗方案。本文将近年来在脑转移瘤的SRS领域一些重点如转移瘤数量的选择,放疗计划实施模式,挽救性SRS的使用,术后术腔的处理模式,联合靶向治疗及治疗相关副作用的最新进展进行总结。

Stereotactic radiosurgery(SRS)is a highly accurate treatment.At present,it has become the first-line therapy for brain metastases.This article focuses on recent advances in the field of SRS in brain metastases,such as the selection of metastases,the implementation of radiotherapy plans,the use of salvage SRS,the use of postoperative SRS,the combination with targeted therapies,and treatment-related side effects.
