摘要 为提升食品营养与检测专业学生的营养健康管理技能,通过对《营养健康管理》课程考核模式的改革,进行"全程紧张"的过程性考核实践研究,从设计理念、方案设计及考核效果三方面探讨了过程性考核在《营养健康管理》课程教学中应用的可行性及对人才培养的实践研究,使学生学习的参与度大幅提高、主动性增强,有利于营养健康管理技能的掌握。 In order to improve the nutritional health management skills of the students majoring in food nutrition and testing,through the reform of the assessment model of the course "Nutrition Health Management",the practical research on the "whole process" process assessment is carried out. This paper discusses the feasibility of the application of process assessment in the teaching of Nutrition and Health Management from the aspects of design idea,scheme design and examination effect,and the practical research on the cultivation of talents,so that the participation of students in learning can be greatly increased. Initiative enhancement is beneficial to the mastery of nutrition health management skills.
