Optimization of School-Enterprise Mode in Talent Cultivation in the New Era

十九大提出优先发展教育事业,深化产教融合、校企合作,实现高等教育内涵式发展。文章旨在通过分析国外教育校企合作的一些先进模式,与我国高校产教融合以及校企合作现状相结合,从理论和实践两个层面剖析诸如合作模式单一、合作不深入等困惑,并对如何推进产教深度融合的发展进行思考,认为应当借鉴国外的经验,从走出产教融合的认识误区,完善体制机制、创新合作模式、深化合作内容等几方面进行努力,以培养学生的自我学习能力、动手实践能力和创新创业能力。

The 19th National Congress proposed to give priority to the development of education,to deepen the integration of industry and education,and cooperation between universities and enterprises so as to realize the connotative development of higher education.By analyzing some advanced modes of school-enterprise cooperation in foreign countries and combining with integration status quo of industry and college education and cooperation between universities and enterprises in our country,this paper analyzes such puzzles as the single cooperation mode and the lack of in-depth cooperation from the two aspects of theory and practice,and thinks about how to promote the development of the deep integration of industry and education.In order to cultivate students'self-learning ability,practical ability and ability to create and innovate,we should learn from the experience of foreign countries,understand the integration of industry and education and make great efforts in improving the system and mechanism,innovating the mode of cooperation,deepening the contents of cooperation,etc.
